Service Description

Mindful eating is a powerful practice that can positively transform the way we relate to our food and bodies. Mindful eating is useful for: - those who frequently go "on" and "off" diets without feeling successful - those who have restrictive relationships with food - reducing binge or over-eating - transforming your relationship with food in positive ways - reconnecting to foods ability to nourish your mind, body, and spirit During this 1 on 1 lesson you will: - learn how mindfulness applies to eating - practice a mindful eating via hunger meditation, tea meditation, and other mindful eating practices - reshape your food-related behavior with coaching techniques that cultivate joy, safety, and nourishment - receive education for simple ways to practice mindful eating for any meal setting
